The conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the online store.

The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for shipping is added to the price. All prices are in EUROs.

The shipping cost depends on the location of the purchaser and the shipping method. The shipping cost is displayed when the purchaser places the order.

Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.


Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid via an online bank transfer or using another payment method.

The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.

If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.


Goods are shipped to the following countries:

• Estonia 1-3 calendar days

• Finland, Latvia, Lithuania 2-5 calendar days

• Other countries in EU 5-10 calendar days



Products purchased from EGR OÜ ( can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving a notice of the product's arrival to an Omniva parcel terminal, Itella SmartPost parcel terminal or Eesti Post post office.

You have returned the product on time if you have sent the return or exchange form to our email address:

1. Returns or exchange via Itella SmartPost parcel terminal:

In order to return the package you need the same code you used to pick up the package. To begin, press "Start here." Then select "Return package." The parcel terminal will request the same code you used to retrieve the package. After that the door will open and you can put the package inside. Once you have closed the door, press "Print receipt," which will confirm the package return.

2. Returns or exchange via Omniva parcel terminal:

Go to the nearest parcel terminal. Select the language by touching the screen, then choose "Return package." Enter the code you received by SMS or email. Affix the printed address label to the package; you will find the address label in the drawer below the payment terminal. Place the package inside the compartment which opens, then close the door and confirm the package handover by pressing "Confirm." If required, you may print the receipt. If the package has a barcode, you can scan it after choosing to return the package; you can also enter the package number manually.

3. Returns or exchange at the post office:

There is a return code in the package arrival SMS or email. You can use it to return the package free of charge at the post office. You can use the post office for returns regardless of whether you received the package from the parcel terminal, post office or courier. Make sure to leave the address label on the package you want to return.
The product must be posted using an Omniva parcel terminal, Itella SmartPost parcel terminal or post office to EGR OÜ's address within the stated term. We will refund you for the returned products within 14 work days from submitting the return form. In accordance with the terms of this agreement, return or exchange of products is free of charge only in Estonia.
Condition of the returned or exchanged product:

* The returned or exchange product must be undamaged. If the returned product (or product package) is damaged due to use outside its intended purpose or damage which was not caused by EGR OÜ, then EGR OÜ has the right to reduce the refund by the amount of value the product has lost. EGR OÜ will send you a form in the case of such reduction.

* The returned or exchanged product must not have any signs of use. If it turns out that the product has been used, EGR OÜ will follow the principle of reasonable use – if you had to first use the product to discover that it was unsuitable (filling it with air and sitting on it), it will be considered unused. EGR OÜ has the right to reduce the refund by the amount of value the product has lost.
Please include the following information in your claim:
- Your name and contact details
- Date of the claim
- Product defect
- The nature of your claim
- Proof of purchase (order number)

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, EGR OÜ is obliged to send you a written reply within 15 days.

Lazytube products come with a 12-month warranty and a 24-month period for presentation of claim.

EGR OÜ and the consumer are liable to each other for damages caused by failure to comply with the conditions of this agreement to the extent of applicable Estonian law.
EGR OÜ is not liable for damages caused or the delay in delivery if such are the result of circumstances beyond EGR OÜ's control or which EGR OÜ did not or could not have foreseen (force majeure).

EGR OÜ is not liable for loss of or damages to the product occurring after handover for delivery.

EGR OÜ can only be held liable for the amount of the product sale price. EGR OÜ cannot be held liable for damages caused by defective products, such as damage to property and data, loss of profit or revenue.

EGR OÜ is not liable for damage to the product if it has been used in ways other than its intended purpose. For example, Lazytube cannot be placed on sharp objects, kept near open flames or jumped on or onto. In addition, do not exceed the maximum weight of 200 kg, as listed on the product sheet.
Upon using the EGR OÜ e-shop, you give your explicit consent for EGR OÜ to process your personal details in accordance with the conditions of the agreement.
Personal details submitted to EGR OÜ will be entered into a client database and will be used to provide sales services and product offerings.
Your personal details will be forwarded to the company offering courier services only to the extent necessary for product delivery.
Your personal details will be protected in accordance with the security measures required by law. EGR OÜ is not permitted to transfer personal details acquired to any third parties or use the same in a manner inconsistent with the law or this agreement.
You can be sure that our shopping environment is safe and we won't transfer your details to any third parties.
The EGR OÜ e-shop,, uses a secure payment system which prevents credit card fraud.
Upon paying for a product or a service at the EGR OÜ ( e-shop, after entering your bank card information, you will be redirected to your Internet bank page where you will be prompted to confirm your identity and conclude payment. To do so, enter your Internet bank user ID, select authentication method and enter your password.
After successful authentication, you will be directed back to the merchant's page and the payment transaction will continue as usual. In case the authentication is not successful, you must choose another payment method (another bank card or bank link). 
EGR OÜ has the right to amend and supplement the conditions of this agreement and price list in order to further develop the e-shop and improve its usability and safety.
The amendments and supplements to the conditions and price list will take effect upon their publication on the website. If you placed your order prior to the amendments' entry into effect, the conditions that were in effect upon placement of the order shall apply, unless stated otherwise in the conditions of this agreement or as required by law. @ 2019 | Turvalisuse tagab:
